Alecia Poe is the Director Human Resources and Project Management. Alecia is a native of Chattanooga. Her career started in 1987 in the Health Insurance Industry where she spent 20+ years in various roles of contracting, marketing and national accounts implementation/project management. In 2011, Alecia accepted a position as the Director of Human Resources for Hamilton County Mayor Jim Coppinger and in 2013 was promoted to Administrator of the Human Resources Division. Alecia is also a Registered Nurse in the state of TN. Alecia joined TeleCAD Wireless in 2019 to head the Human Resources department. While capitalizing on her implementation and project management experience, Alecia has simultaneously taken on project management in the small cell arena. Throughout her career, Alecia has staffed and led cross functional management teams and continues to work to develop long term business plans, project management and implementation of small cell markets.
